Delivery, Returns and Cancellation.

Delivery Policy

We attempt to dispatch orders within 24 – 48 hours of the order being placed on our website except on weekends and bank/public holidays. Please note that at busy times of the year we cannot guarantee this. We use FedEx and Royal Mail to deliver our goods, and have a delivery time frame of 1 to 7 working days depending upon your chosen method of shipment.

We have no control over the goods once they are shipped and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified by your chosen method of shipment. We may dispatch your order in a number of different instalments.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

We will not refund any charges relating to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order.

Returns Policy

We’ll happily refund or exchange any unopened item returned to us within 14 days.

Unless your item is faulty or you have been sent the wrong thing, you’ll be required to cover all inbound and outbound postage costs. We recommend using a traceable service offering proof of delivery such as Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. We cannot be held responsible if anything is lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed as soon as possible. Your bank/credit card provider can take up to five working days to credit your account after we have notified them of a refund.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel an order. If you want to cancel an order before dispatch you will need to email us with your order number and details. We will then be able to organize the refund. If you receive your order after you have cancelled it this means we were unable to prevent it being shipped and you must therefore return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. This may be because we may not be able to read your email before your order has been processed. All instructions to cancel must be clear and quote the order number and details on the email you have received at the time you placed your order.
